Processing time (made to order)

All DecoraChic wallpapers are made to order. Processing times vary based on order size and production volume.

Estimated processing times:

– Samples: 3–5 business days

– Up to 240 sq ft (about 1–2 standard walls): 5–10 business days

– 240–480 sq ft (about 2–4 standard walls): 1–2 weeks

– 480–960 sq ft (large projects / 6+ walls): 2–3 weeks

– 960–1920 sq ft (trade-sized orders): 3–4 weeks

– 1920+ sq ft: 6+ weeks (please contact us for a time estimate)

Inclement weather or high-volume periods may extend these timelines.

Customized orders (proof required)

If you request a color change or a custom design, we’ll send you a digital proof within 2 business days so you can review the details before we print. Orders that require a proof will remain on hold until we receive your approval, and we won’t produce without it.

Standard (non-customized) orders go directly into production.

Backordered materials

If a material is on backorder, processing may take up to 4 additional weeks. Contact us for the most accurate estimate.

Orders over $1,500 (sample requirement)

For orders over $1,500, we require a sample in the same material before full production begins. This helps confirm color and finish in your space prior to printing.

Order changes & cancellations

– Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

– Once production begins, we can’t change the material or size. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible.

For orders requiring proof approval: if we don’t receive approval within 30 days, the order may be canceled and may require reprocessing if restarted.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility, we can’t update address details, and we’re not responsible for issues caused by an incorrect address.

Billing & checkout

For security, billing details must match your card information. Incorrect details (such as ZIP code) may cause checkout errors.

Shipping (United States only)

We ship orders via FedEx. Transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates, and delivery timelines may vary due to factors outside our control. Once your order is handed off to FedEx, shipping times and any delays depend on the carrier.

Tracking updates: please allow 48–72 hours after shipment for tracking to update.

Shipping upgrades may be available at checkout. You can choose from the available options at the time of purchase. Shipping upgrades are non-refundable once the order ships.
