Refund Policy

 30-day policy window

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can help.

Cancellations

- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

- After 24 hours, cancellations may be accepted, but a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

- Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled.

Customized orders (proof approval)

For orders that require a proof approval, production will not begin until we receive your confirmation. If we don’t receive approval within 30 days, the order may be canceled and refunded minus a 20% processing fee.

Returns

Because our wallpapers are made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or color preference (we recommend ordering a sample first when color is a concern).

Exchanges

We do not offer merchandise exchanges.

Defective items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days with:

- Your order number

- Clear photos showing the issue

If confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of:

- The shipping box/packaging

- The damage to the product

In some cases, we may need additional information to file a carrier/insurance claim before issuing a replacement.

Lost packages

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We may require a short claim process (and confirmation paperwork) to replace the shipment.

Replacements

Replacements are provided for the same item when an order is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or lost.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days for the credit to appear after processing.

Installed or used product

Installed or used wallpaper is not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements. Please inspect your order before installation and report any issues right away.
